Reflection:
This speech truly shows the feelings and thoughts of a man who just wants to be free from the persecution that he and many others suffered over the years in Britain. He uses many different language uses to persuade the audience by appealing to thier emotions. I understand what he s talking about because if I was being persecuted and it was not stopping, then I would have the feeling of wanting to fight back. If I lived during his time when he gave his speech, I most likely would not want to fight back because I would most likely be too scared and afraid for my life. In other words I would agree with those people wanting to fight but I would not join in with them.
Diary:
Dear Diary,
As Britain has continues to persecute our people, I am scared for my family's life as many men go into war. Many people have become hostile. Many people who have traveled with us are wanting to fight and defeat the Britains for the pain they have caused us. As I have heard from a very famous Patrick Henry, we should fight for our own rights and freedoms. I do agree with him but yet I am still afraid that my husband will not return or will not be the same person when he returns. My prayers will be lifted up up for my husband and eery other man who is wanting to fight every night as we approach America.

Your reflection is good and follows the idea of what he is saying, but your lacking other parts of the blog. You need to include the Logos,Ethos,Pathos sections of their speaches, You need a diary entry *which i assume was clipped, you have one sentence their*, and you need to explain your essential question
